TokToky is a technology platform for requesting tuk-tuk rides and matching riders with independent or approved drivers. We start in Belbeis and Sharqia and expand gradually. We do not guarantee vehicle availability or arrival time at all times; coverage, roads, weather, and operating conditions may affect service.

You must provide a valid phone number and keep verification codes private. Users may choose rider or driver mode inside the app; driver mode requires onboarding information and approval before receiving rides. Do not create fake accounts, share accounts, or bypass security controls. By accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy, a user confirms that they have read and accepted them when creating a new account or when renewed consent is requested.

• Provide accurate pickup and destination details and treat the driver and vehicle respectfully.
• Do not use the service for dangerous goods, illegal activity, harassment, or threats.
• Follow local safety rules and use a seat belt when available.
• Pay the cash fare due at the end of the ride and contact support about disputes rather than manipulating or damaging the vehicle.

• Provide accurate information, complete onboarding, and meet vehicle and operating requirements.
• Drive safely, follow traffic law, and never accept a ride while driving or when unfit.
• Do not request amounts outside the shown fare or use rider data outside the ride purpose.
• Enable ride-receiving mode only when ready to accept requests and send accurate location during the ride.

The app may show an estimated or approved fare before confirmation. The final amount may be settled based on the ride, route, and service rules. Payment is currently cash to the driver. The platform may record commissions, wallet settlements, and financial adjustments, and the driver’s balance or commission due may appear in the app. Report fare or transaction disputes to support promptly.

You agree to location use when needed for matching and tracking. A driver’s location is shared while ride-receiving mode and an active ride are enabled, with the assigned rider and authorized operational functions. The app is not a replacement for emergency services. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services; WhatsApp support is for non-emergency help.

A ride may be cancelled under the app’s rules, and cancellation reasons or abuse signals may be recorded. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for breaches, wallet manipulation, safety threats, or lawful requests. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination.

App, brand, and software rights remain with their owners. We use reasonable efforts to operate a safe and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect road data, or vehicle availability. Drivers remain responsible for conduct, vehicles, and legal duties; riders remain responsible for conduct and duties. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The service is governed by applicable Egyptian law to the extent permitted. For questions, disputes, or privacy requests, contact TokToky via WhatsApp or use the account deletion page. We maintain consent records for these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including version, language, method, and acceptance time, as needed for operations and compliance.
